What we do
From the stucco to the roof.
We don't claim to do everything. We do exteriors, and we've spent three generations learning to do them right, especially the boring parts: prep, primer, color matching, and texture. The finished work shows it.
Stucco Repair
Settling cracks, water damage, impact patches, and failed flashing. We diagnose the cause first, match texture and color, and feather the patch in so the wall looks untouched.

Interior and exterior. We scrape, sand, caulk, prime, and finish, two coats minimum. Every job comes with our 5-year written warranty on exterior paint.

Solid-color and semi-transparent finishes designed for Colorado's freeze-thaw cycle. Cleaned, brightened, sanded smooth, then sealed and topcoated to last.

Confident Coatings has been a family business for three generations. The trade was passed from father to son, and from son to son again, the way real craft work tends to be.
Our owner, Bart Rafferty, started on jobsites as a kid, mixing buckets and scraping prep work. He's now the third generation running the company, and he still walks every estimate himself.
Our secret isn't in the paint. It's in the prep. Cracks chased to their cause. Stucco patched in a way that disappears. Decks sanded smooth where it matters. We do the unglamorous parts well, and the visible parts take care of themselves.

A written proposal that means something
The owner walks the property with you, talks through prep, and writes everything down: the surfaces, the prep level, the paint brand, sheen, and number of coats. The number you sign is the number you pay.
No deposit. You pay when it's right.
We don't take money up front. You hand over a check at the final walk-through, after we've cleaned up and you've inspected every wall and corner. Three generations of word-of-mouth was built on this.
