Yes. Confident Coatings & Exteriors Inc. is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability and workers' comp on every truck and crew, and we send proof of insurance before any job starts.

Elastomeric and acrylic coatings built for high-altitude UV. Pressure-wash, prep, prime, then two coats. Color that holds up to Colorado weather.

Stucco Repair

Settling cracks, water damage, impact patches, failed flashing. We diagnose the cause first, then match the texture and color so the patch is invisible.

House Painting

Interior and exterior, top-brand paints, two coats minimum. Full prep. Scrape, sand, caulk, prime. Included. 12-year written warranty on exterior.

Confident Coatings & Exteriors is a family-owned painting and exterior coatings contractor in Colorado Springs. The business has been handed down from father to son across three generations.

Bart is the current owner. When you call (719) 492-3176, you'll likely talk to him. Bart is reachable directly throughout your project, mixes color on site to match older walls, and signs your written proposal in person.

We're licensed in Colorado, fully insured, and EPA lead-certified. We use top-brand paints (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Kelly-Moore, and others) and back our exterior paint work with a written 12-year warranty. There's no deposit required. You pay when the job is done and you've signed off on it.

We walk the property with you and write everything down: surfaces, prep, paint brand, sheen, number of coats, and the final price. The number you sign is the number you pay.

You don't pay anything up front. Final payment comes after the work is finished and you've walked the property with us. If something isn't right, we make it right before you write the check.

Every exterior paint job comes with a 12-year written warranty. If anything fails inside that window because of how we applied it, we come back and fix it free of charge.
