Interior & exterior, with a 12-year warranty on exterior paint

Interior or exterior, top-brand paints (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Kelly-Moore), proper prep, and a 12-year written warranty on exterior. No deposit. You pay the full amount when the job is finished and you've signed off on it.

Exterior painting

We inspect for wood damage and rot before we ever pick up a brush. Then we scrape, sand, caulk, and prime as needed. Window glazing gets re-sealed, gutters and trim get masked, and landscape gets covered. Two finish coats, sprayed and back-rolled where appropriate, brushed where it matters. Daily clean-up.

Interior painting

Walls and trim are patched, sanded, and primed. We caulk any trim that's being painted. Furniture and fixtures get protected. We work in clean, contained zones so you can keep living in your home while we work.

What you get in writing

• Itemized written proposal with paint brand, color, sheen, and number of coats
• Specific call-outs of any wood replacement or rot work needed
• 12-year warranty on exterior paint, in writing
• No deposit. Payment is collected at the final walk-through.
• Direct line to the project manager throughout the job

How we price

Square footage, prep level, paint quality, and number of coats. We don't pad with extras and we don't lowball with paper-thin coverage. The number we quote is the number you pay.
