Tile, metal, or shingle. We paint roofs with specialty primers and topcoats made for the material. If your roof is structurally sound but faded or oxidized, painting brings it back at a fraction of a tear-off. If it's not, we'll tell you up front.

When to consider painting your roof

A roof in solid structural shape but faded, oxidized, or two-tone from a partial repair is a great candidate. Painting a sound roof can dramatically refresh curb appeal and add UV protection. We won't paint a roof that's nearing failure; if the underlayment or shingles are shot, we'll tell you.

Materials we paint

• Concrete and clay tile roofs
• Metal roofs, both standing-seam and corrugated
• Three-tab and architectural shingles, with the right primer
• Stucco parapets, chimney chases, and roof-line trim

What's included

Pressure wash and surface prep, mildew treatment if needed, oxidation removal on metal, specialty bonding primer, and two coats of acrylic or specialty roof topcoat. Color matched to your house, your trim, or whatever direction we agree on at the walk-through.
